  • You paid the supplier directly — via bank transfer, cash, or any method outside EmaanMall
  • Order was placed or agreed outside the EmaanMall platform (WhatsApp, phone, in-person)
  • Dispute raised after the 7-day protection window has closed
  • Change of mind after you confirmed delivery
  • Damage caused by buyer after delivery
  • Custom orders where you approved samples beforehand

Important: If a supplier asks you to pay outside EmaanMall or contact them directly — report it immediately. This is a violation of platform policy and you will lose all protection on that transaction.

You have 7 days from confirmed delivery to raise a dispute. After 7 days, the order is considered accepted and payment is released to the supplier. Always inspect your goods promptly on arrival.
Buyer Protection only applies to transactions processed through EmaanMall's payment system. Payments made outside the platform — via direct bank transfer, cash, or any other method — are not covered. Always pay through your EmaanMall account.
Log into your EmaanMall account, go to My Orders, select the relevant order, and click "Raise Dispute." Describe the issue and upload supporting evidence (photos, videos, or documents). Our team will review within 72 hours.
Refund amount depends on the dispute outcome. Non-delivery and counterfeit cases typically result in a full refund. Partial quality issues may result in a partial refund after EmaanMall's review. Our team evaluates each case individually and fairly.
Yes. EmaanMall Buyer Protection covers both retail and bulk wholesale orders placed through the platform. For large custom orders with agreed samples, coverage terms may vary — review the order agreement before confirming.
