About EmaanMall

EmaanMall is Pakistan's First Distribution Marketplace — a trade infrastructure platform built to connect manufacturers, distributors, and retailers through a verified wholesale network. Unlike consumer e-commerce platforms, EmaanMall is purpose-built for B2B wholesale distribution: enabling direct procurement, bulk trade, and supply chain digitization across Pakistan's commercial economy.

No platform in Pakistan has previously addressed the structural gap in wholesale distribution with dedicated infrastructure. Traditional platforms serve end consumers. EmaanMall is built from the ground up for manufacturer-to-retailer commerce — with supplier verification, wholesale catalogue management, bulk procurement workflows, and a verified trade network. This makes it the first platform of its kind: a Distribution Marketplace rather than a retail storefront.

EmaanMall is not a shopping store, consumer app, or discount marketplace. It is a Trade Infrastructure Platform designed for businesses operating within Pakistan's wholesale supply chain. Every interaction on the platform is a B2B trade operation — wholesale sourcing, bulk orders, verified trade relationships. There are no consumer-facing listings, flash sales, or retail-priced products.

EmaanMall supports five trade participant types: Retailers and shop owners who need wholesale sourcing; General wholesalers who trade in multi-category goods; Manufacturers and factories who want direct retail channel access; Brand distributors who hold authorized distribution rights; and Brands (national/international) who want controlled distribution management across Pakistan. All participants go through business verification before accessing the full trade network.

EmaanMall is available across three platforms: emaanmall.com (web — accessible on any browser, fully mobile-optimized), the EmaanMall Android app (available on Google Play Store), and the EmaanMall iOS app (available on the Apple App Store). Whether you are sourcing wholesale goods as a retailer or managing your supplier catalogue, all three platforms give you full access to Pakistan's First Distribution Marketplace. Visit emaanmall.com or download the app directly from your device's app store.

No. EmaanMall is a neutral trade infrastructure platform. It does not buy, stock, or resell products. Inventory ownership remains entirely with the verified manufacturers and distributors who supply through the platform. EmaanMall's role is to provide the verified network, operational infrastructure, and trade connectivity layer through which businesses conduct wholesale trade directly with each other.

EmaanMall supports the full range of wholesale-traded categories in Pakistan's commercial economy — including FMCG, consumer goods, industrial supplies, textiles, hardware, food & grocery, household goods, electronics accessories, and specialty goods. The platform's distribution infrastructure is category-agnostic: any manufacturer, distributor, or wholesaler operating in the wholesale supply chain can onboard and connect with Pakistan's retail network.

Yes. EmaanMall operates as a national Distribution Marketplace covering Pakistan's major commercial cities — Lahore, Karachi, Faisalabad, Multan, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Gujranwala, Sialkot, and Peshawar — as well as secondary markets across Punjab, Sindh, KPK, and Balochistan. The platform's distribution infrastructure is built for nationwide trade, not single-city operations.

Commission is deducted from the order amount at time of transaction. Annual membership fees and commission are independent charges. All fees are subject to revision as the platform scales.

A general bazaar wholesaler and an authorized brand distributor have completely different needs on the platform. A wholesaler needs basic listings and inquiries. A brand distributor needs territory control, retailer network management, and brand-linked catalogue display — features that don't apply to a wholesaler at all. Pricing by seller type ensures each business pays for what they actually need — not a one-size-fits-all tier that forces small sellers to overpay or large suppliers to under-invest.

Yes — transparently. Current membership fees are structured by seller type and will increase as EmaanMall grows its verified network and proves ROI for suppliers. The current fee structure is:

Seller Type
Annual Membership Fee

PKR 5,000 / year
Distributor
PKR 10,000 / year
Brand
PKR 18,000 / year
Manufacturer
PKR 30,000 / year

Fee revisions will be announced in advance and apply to new registrations only. Existing verified members are notified directly before any change takes effect. This is the most cost-effective time to join the network.

Commission is calculated as a percentage of the order amount on each completed wholesale transaction. It is deducted at the time of transaction — no separate invoice is raised for commission. The rate varies by product category (0.5% to 8%) and seller type. During the launch phase, new vendors benefit from a reduced commission of 0%–2%. Annual plan fees and commission are completely independent — you pay the annual fee for platform access, and commission only on transactions you complete.

EmaanMall does not currently offer a free trial for supplier plans. However, the Annual Verified Trade Membership starts from PKR 5,000/year for Traders — designed to be the lowest barrier possible to enter the verified network. Commission rates during the launch phase are also at their lowest (0%–2%), making this the most cost-effective time to join. Contact the EmaanMall team at emaanmall.com to discuss your onboarding.

For Retailers

EmaanMall is designed for operating businesses — retailers, shop owners, and trade buyers who purchase wholesale for resale. While formal business registration strengthens your verification, the key requirement is that you are an active trading business, not an individual consumer. Submit your business details during registration and the verification team will guide you through what's needed for your specific situation.

Retailers register at emaanmall.com, submit business details for verification, and once approved, access the full verified catalogue of manufacturers and distributors. Browse by category, view wholesale pricing tiers, review supplier credentials, check MOQs, and place bulk orders directly. The entire wholesale procurement workflow is managed within the platform — from discovery to order confirmation.

Yes. Direct manufacturer-to-retailer commerce is one of EmaanMall's core features. Retailers can transact directly with verified manufacturers without requiring a middleman distributor — reducing procurement costs, shortening the supply chain, and providing access to factory-level wholesale pricing. Manufacturers choose whether to enable direct retail access on the platform.

Minimum order quantities are set individually by each supplier based on their production and logistics constraints. MOQs are displayed on every product listing before ordering — buyers know the minimum bulk commitment upfront. MOQs vary by category and supplier type. Retailers can filter suppliers by MOQ range to match their procurement capacity.

Yes. All orders placed on EmaanMall are tracked through the platform's order management system. Retailers can view order status — confirmed, processing, dispatched, delivered — from their account dashboard. Trade documentation including order confirmations and invoices are accessible at every stage. This replaces the informal phone-based follow-up that characterizes traditional wholesale procurement.

EmaanMall provides a structured trade dispute process for product discrepancies, damaged goods, or incorrect deliveries. Submit the issue through your account dashboard with documentation (photos, order records). The EmaanMall trade operations team reviews the case and works with the supplier toward resolution.

How buyer protection works depends on your payment method:

If you pay through EmaanMall — your payment is held by EmaanMall and not released to the supplier until you confirm successful receipt of your order. This escrow-style protection means that in the event of a dispute, EmaanMall has direct leverage to protect your funds. If the order is incorrect, damaged, or not delivered, your payment is withheld from the supplier until the issue is resolved.

If you pay the supplier directly (outside EmaanMall's payment system) — EmaanMall's buyer protection does not apply to that transaction. EmaanMall has no control over funds that are transferred directly between buyer and supplier. In this case, dispute resolution support is limited and financial recovery cannot be guaranteed.

For full buyer protection on every order, always process payments through EmaanMall. Suppliers who consistently deliver below standard are subject to platform review — protecting all buyers across the network regardless of payment method.

Suppliers set tiered wholesale pricing based on order volume — larger orders unlock lower per-unit rates automatically. For larger bulk orders beyond standard tiers, direct negotiation between retailer and supplier is possible through the platform's trade communication tools. All agreed terms are documented within the order management system before any transaction is confirmed.

Yes. EmaanMall supports multi-supplier wholesale procurement within a single trade session. Retailers can place orders with multiple verified manufacturers and distributors simultaneously, managing separate order flows for each supplier — allowing full product range sourcing from one platform.

Yes. A retailer in Multan can source from a manufacturer in Faisalabad or Lahore. A retailer in Peshawar can access distributors based in Karachi or Rawalpindi. The platform supports inter-city wholesale trade across Pakistan. Regional filtering options allow retailers to prioritize nearby suppliers for faster delivery when needed.

For Manufacturers & Suppliers

EmaanMall supports four supplier types: General wholesalers (multi-category bazaar traders), Manufacturers and factories (production units, OEM suppliers), Brand distributors (authorized distributors of national or international brands), and Brands direct (national/international brands managing their own distribution). Each type has a dedicated plan, verification process, and platform features suited to their trade operations.

EmaanMall gives manufacturers a direct digital channel into Pakistan's retail supply chain. By listing on the platform, manufacturers become visible to thousands of verified retailers actively sourcing products — replacing dependence on informal broker networks or single-city distribution relationships with a structured, nationally accessible wholesale platform.

Brand distributors get a dedicated plan with features built specifically for their needs: an authorized distributor badge visible to all verified buyers, retailer network management tools, brand-linked catalogue display, featured ranking in search, RFQ participation, and distribution analytics. These features reflect the reality that a brand distributor's core need is managing a structured network — not just listing products. Territory-based retailer access control is on EmaanMall's product roadmap and will be introduced as the platform scales.

Currently, EmaanMall does not offer territory-based access control. Manufacturers can configure wholesale pricing tiers that are only visible to verified buyers above a certain MOQ threshold — giving suppliers a level of control over who sees their best pricing. Full territory-based catalogue restriction for brand distributors is on EmaanMall's product roadmap and will be introduced as the platform scales. Contact the EmaanMall team at emaanmall.com to stay updated on feature availability.

Suppliers submit business registration documentation, trade references, and product information during onboarding. Requirements vary by seller type — manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers, and brands each have specific documentation reflecting their verification needs. Full requirements are provided during the supplier registration process at emaanmall.com. Accurate and complete documentation significantly speeds up the review process.

Yes. EmaanMall's supplier infrastructure supports bulk catalogue management — suppliers with large product portfolios can upload, organize, and update wholesale listings at scale. Pricing tiers, MOQs, stock availability, and product specifications are all manageable within the platform's wholesale catalogue system, designed for manufacturers and distributors managing hundreds or thousands of SKUs.

Most distribution in Pakistan operates informally — phone orders, handwritten ledgers, personal relationships. EmaanMall gives distributors a digital operations layer: a verified online presence, structured order management, digital trade documentation, and a formal buyer network. This is supply chain digitization at the distributor level — enabling scale, systematic order tracking, and greater visibility into trade operations.

Verification & Trust

Business verification is foundational to EmaanMall's Verified Trade Network. Wholesale trade involves significant financial commitments — bulk orders, credit terms, supply relationships. Verification ensures every participant is a legitimate, operating business. This protects retailers from fraudulent suppliers and protects suppliers from bad-faith buyers — maintaining the integrity of the entire trade network.

Yes. EmaanMall conducts manual review of supplier documentation — not solely automated processing. If documentation is incomplete or requires clarification, the verification team communicates directly with the supplier. If an application is rejected, the team provides the reason and guidance on what's needed to reapply. This human-review process is what gives EmaanMall's verified status its credibility.

No supplier can list on EmaanMall without passing documented manual review. Retailers only interact with suppliers verified as legitimate businesses. Beyond onboarding, the platform maintains ongoing trade quality monitoring — suppliers who receive consistent complaints, fail to fulfill orders, or violate platform standards are flagged for review and potential suspension.

If a verified supplier is found to be operating fraudulently — misrepresenting products, failing to fulfill confirmed orders, or engaging in bad-faith trade — EmaanMall takes immediate action: suspension of the supplier account, escalation through the trade dispute process, and where applicable, support for the affected buyer in seeking remedy. EmaanMall's platform accountability means no bad actor can continue operating on the network once identified.

Trade quality is maintained through three mechanisms: verified onboarding (no unverified supplier lists), fulfillment monitoring (late or failed orders are tracked), and dispute management (unresolved issues lead to supplier review). Suppliers who consistently operate below platform standards are flagged — keeping the trade network reliable for retailers who depend on EmaanMall for ongoing wholesale procurement.

Orders & Logistics

Order cancellation and modification requests must be submitted through the platform's order management system as early as possible. Whether a cancellation is accepted depends on the supplier's order processing stage — if the order has already been prepared or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. Each supplier defines their cancellation window during onboarding, and this is visible to retailers before confirming an order. Contact EmaanMall support immediately if you need to modify a placed order.

Delivery timelines vary by supplier location, order size, and destination city. Suppliers configure their delivery coverage and processing times during onboarding — this information is displayed to retailers before placing an order. As a general guide: intra-city orders (same city as supplier) typically process within 1–3 business days. Inter-city wholesale shipments typically take 3–7 business days depending on the route. Suppliers are accountable to the timelines they commit to on the platform.

Bulk orders are placed through EmaanMall's trade order management system. Retailers submit wholesale orders specifying quantity, delivery requirements, and payment terms. Suppliers receive and confirm orders digitally. The platform generates trade order documentation — order confirmations, invoices, delivery records — accessible by both parties. This replaces informal phone-based wholesale ordering with a structured, documented process.

Returns on wholesale orders are governed by the return terms agreed between buyer and supplier at the time of the order. Suppliers define their return policy during onboarding and this is visible before purchase. For cases involving incorrect goods, quality failures, or damaged delivery, EmaanMall's trade dispute process supports the buyer in seeking remedy — including return authorization, replacement, or credit. Raise a dispute through your account dashboard with relevant documentation as soon as an issue is identified.

EmaanMall provides a structured trade dispute resolution process for issues between buyers and suppliers — unfulfilled orders, product discrepancies, or delivery failures. Both parties submit documentation through the platform. The trade operations team reviews the case and facilitates resolution. Persistent supplier non-compliance results in platform review and potential suspension — protecting the integrity of the verified wholesale ecosystem.

EmaanMall does not manage warehousing or logistics operations. Inventory is held by verified suppliers at their own facilities. Logistics arrangements for wholesale shipments are coordinated between buyer and supplier — using the supplier's delivery network or agreed third-party logistics. EmaanMall's role is the trade connectivity and documentation layer — not a logistics operator. Supplier delivery coverage and timelines are displayed to retailers before ordering.

Account & Payments

Businesses register at emaanmall.com by selecting their trade role — retailer, wholesaler, manufacturer, brand distributor, or brand. The registration process collects business details and required documentation for verification. Once submitted, the verification team reviews the application. Approved accounts receive full platform access — the verified supplier catalogue for retailers, or the supplier listing dashboard for sellers.

EmaanMall supports standard Pakistani business payment methods including bank transfers, online payment systems, and COD (cash on delivery) for established trade relationships. Mobile payment methods including EasyPaisa and JazzCash are supported where applicable. Specific payment options are presented during the order and checkout process. EmaanMall is continuously expanding its business payment infrastructure — contact the platform for the latest available options.

Yes. EmaanMall uses secure, encrypted payment processing for all transactions on the platform. Financial information entered on EmaanMall is handled through industry-standard security protocols. EmaanMall does not store sensitive payment credentials on its servers. For bank transfer payments, funds are processed through standard banking channels with full transaction documentation available through your account dashboard.

Refund eligibility depends on how payment was made. If payment was processed through EmaanMall — your funds are held in escrow and not released to the supplier until you confirm successful order receipt. If an order fails due to supplier non-fulfillment, the payment is withheld and a refund is initiated after the dispute team reviews the case. This is EmaanMall's core buyer protection mechanism. If payment was made directly to the supplier outside EmaanMall's payment system, EmaanMall has no control over those funds and cannot guarantee financial recovery. Always pay through EmaanMall to ensure full refund protection on every wholesale transaction.

EmaanMall generates structured digital trade invoices for all transactions — recording wholesale order details, quantities, agreed pricing, and payment terms. These are accessible by both buyer and supplier from their account dashboards. This replaces informal handwritten invoicing with documented, traceable trade records — an important step in the digitization of Pakistan's wholesale trade operations.

Retailer verification with standard documentation is typically processed within 1–3 business days. Supplier verification — which involves more detailed review of business credentials, trade references, and documentation — typically takes 3–7 business days. Brand distributor and direct brand onboarding may take longer due to the additional authorization verification involved. Complete and accurate documentation submission significantly speeds up the process.

Trade Operations

Pakistan's distribution economy is one of the largest informal trade networks in Asia — hundreds of thousands of manufacturers, distributors, and retailers operating with minimal digital infrastructure. EmaanMall addresses this directly: verified trade networks, digitized procurement, and structured wholesale operations at national scale. Every business onboarded adds to the formalization and efficiency of Pakistan's wholesale trade.

Digitization on EmaanMall happens at every stage: supplier discovery moves from informal referrals to a verified digital catalogue; procurement moves from phone calls to structured order management; pricing moves from verbal negotiation to documented wholesale tiers; and trade records move from paper to digital invoices. This end-to-end digitization is EmaanMall's contribution to modernizing Pakistan's distribution infrastructure.

Pakistan's distribution system is inherently multi-tier. EmaanMall supports this existing structure while enabling more direct connections where appropriate. A national distributor can manage their retailer network on the platform. A manufacturer can reach retailers directly through the same infrastructure. EmaanMall does not force disintermediation — it provides distribution infrastructure that works for every tier of the supply chain.

EmaanMall creates visibility at multiple levels. Retailers see verified supplier catalogues, wholesale pricing, MOQs, delivery coverage, and supplier credentials — information unavailable in informal markets. Suppliers gain visibility into buyer demand across the country. At the platform level, EmaanMall builds structured data on Pakistan's wholesale trade flows — the foundation for a data-informed distribution economy.

Traditional wholesale procurement in Pakistan runs through multi-tier distribution chains — each tier adding margin. EmaanMall compresses this by giving retailers direct access to verified manufacturers and distributors within a single platform. Retailers reduce procurement costs, improve visibility into product sourcing, and build direct trade relationships not dependent on informal middleman networks — while still preserving the role of legitimate distributors who add genuine value.
