EmaanMall is Pakistan's First Distribution Marketplace. Only verified businesses may sell on the platform. Membership exists not to generate revenue — but to build a Verified Trade Network, filter out non-serious registrations, and maintain buyer trust.

Membership activates only when all three conditions are met:
No charge is applied if verification is rejected.
Commission is charged on every successful order, in addition to annual membership. Rates vary by product category, reflecting different industry margins.

Commission rates are applied on the final order value inclusive of applicable government taxes (GST and any other statutory levies in effect at the time of transaction). Final commission rates may be adjusted per category after market economics and margin analysis. Categories not listed above will have commission determined after discussion with EmaanMall. Commission is deducted automatically from each seller payout. Sellers receive their earnings net of commission — no separate invoice or manual payment is required.
After launch, EmaanMall will introduce performance-based commission reductions. Sellers with stronger 12-month performance will earn lower commission rates.
